CANCELLATION POLICY & PACKAGE CREDITS

1. Cancelling and Rescheduling Lessons

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled time:
You can cancel or reschedule your lesson free of charge.Less than 24 hours notice or No-Show:
The lesson will be charged at the regular rate and deducted from your balance. To make up for it, I will send you a tailored exercise for independent study so you can still make use of the time!Exceptions: In case of sudden illness or real emergencies, just talk to me and we will find a fair solution.If the teacher cancels:
In case I have to cancel a lesson for an urgent reason, we will make up for the lesson as soon as possible. To keep you in the flow that week, I can send you a small exercise to stay on track upon request.

2. Validity of Lesson Packages

Each package has a fixed validity period starting from the date of purchase. This is designed to help you maintain momentum and make continuous progress:Single Lessons: Valid for 1 month.Starter Package (5 lessons): Valid for 2 months.Premium Package (10 lessons): Valid for 3 months.15-Lesson Package: Valid for 4 months.Pro Package (20 lessons): Valid for 5 months.After these periods expire, unused credits will lapse.
Packages are non-refundable.
Transferring your package to another person is permitted.
